Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on user interaction (approx 2-4 msgs/month during active claims).
User Opt-In
The Program allows users to receive SMS/MMS mobile messages by actively confirming their consent, such as by checking a box on an online form or sending a keyword to our number. By participating, you agree to receive autodialed or prerecorded mobile messages at the phone number associated with your opt-in. Consent is not required to purchase any goods or services.

Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details.
Opt-Out Information
To Stop: Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any mobile message. You understand and agree that the foregoing options are the only reasonable methods of opting out.

Privacy Protection
We respect your privacy. We will only use information you provide to transmit your mobile messages and respond to you, if necessary. WE DO NOT SELL, RENT, LOAN, OR TRADE PHONE NUMBERS TO ANY THIRD PARTIES.
